Opened in November 2022, the Coape & Felton Restaurant & Bar at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Sherbrooke draws its inspiration from the history and character of the city whose name it proudly bears. In tribute to Sir John Coape Sherbrooke, our restaurant celebrates the region's rich heritage through a contemporary dining experience where authenticity, elegance, and warm hospitality come together.
